There is only one thing that can stay in a human heart. Either faith or suspicion.
When faith resides within a heart, a person experiences confidence and tranquility.
When suspicion resides within a heart, a person experiences dissatisfaction or anxiety.
- Anxiety leads to stress and mental distress; stress is the mother of all ailments and diseases.
Faith and Suspicion can't co-exist in a heart. So have faith in yourself.
